Ordering

Change order

You can change the name or address of your order as long as you have not received a shipping confirmation. The easiest way to do this is if you have an account. Simply contact our customer service using the contact form below.

Cancel order

It is possible to cancel the order. Please contact our customer service for this. It is important to do this quickly. If your package is already packed and ready for shipment, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

Once we have received the cancellation, we will get to work for you as soon as possible. We will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the product being shipped. You can check the estimated delivery time on the product page of our website. We strive for next-day delivery when you place your order today.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered at home by DPD or, if you have chosen this when ordering, at a DPD Service Point. As soon as the shipment has been sent, you will receive a track & trace code from us with which you can track your package.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, your order will be offered to one of your neighbors (unless you have indicated during ordering that your package may not be delivered to the neighbors). If it is not possible to deliver your order to the neighbors, it will be delivered the next day at the nearest DPD Service Point.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs to all European countries we ship to. Orders with a value above the order amount specified per country below will be delivered free of charge.

Netherlands: €5,99 for orders under €50
Belgium: €5,99 for orders under €50
Germany: €5,99 for orders under €50
Austria: €6,99 for orders under €70
France: €5,99 for orders under €60
Ireland: €6,99 for orders under €100
Italy: €6,99 for orders under €70
Poland: 35zł. for orders under 350zł.
Spain: €6,99 for orders under €70
Sweden: 80kr for orders under 850kr
Denmark: 60kr for orders under 600kr

Can I receive my package on a different address?

Yes. In the checkout you can choose to deliver your package at a different address. For instance, you can choose to deliver your package at your workaddress.

How can I return my order?

Register your return on our platform.

How can I exchange my product?

Order the product you want to receive online and complete your (new) order. In addition, register your return at the platform.

Received a damaged, incomplete and/or incorrect order, what should I do?

I'm sorry to hear that! We are happy to solve this for you quickly and carefully. Register your return on our platform.

I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

After you have placed your order, we will quickly start packing and sending your package. Have you already received a shipping confirmation? Then it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel your order. As soon as you have received your order you can register it as a return. Have you not received a shipping confirmation yet? Then you can ask to cancel your order during working hours via our chat at the bottom right of the page. Do you want to indicate outside working hours that you want to cancel your order? Register your return with us via the returns form.

Warranty and services

Warranty conditions

When purchasing a product you are immediately entitled to a warranty. We work with leading lighting suppliers, so you are immediately entitled to the extensive guarantees. The warranty period of our products is in most cases 2 years or more. In some cases, the warranty period is 1 year or less.
You can register your warranty via our portal.

30 days return policy

A return right of 30 days applies to almost all products. This way you can easily return the lamps to us if they are not to your liking. Register your return with us via the returns form. For convenience, we use clear and relevant images and information on our website.
